THE ESC IS LAUNCHING “THE AIR CUP” –THE FIRST EVER “SHOOTING FOR ALL” COMPETITIONS OF THE CONTINENTAL SCALE

The European Shooting Confederation is launching the first ever air weapon competitions of the continental scale in which any shooter may participate and become a winner without necessity to go far from home.

The ESC AIR CUP will take place from October 2016 till February 2017. It consists of four events: Air Rifle Men, Air Rifle Women, Air Pistol Men, Air Pistol Women. The participation in the ESC AIR CUP is unlimited and open to all athletes who are members of the clubs registered with their national ESC Member Federation.

In order to take part in the ESC AIR CUP the shooting clubs must pre-register on the ESC website and indicate the responsible person with an e-mail address. Thereafter the clubs must register their competitors.

The competitions will be organized in five time windows. The results of each round will be collected in an online result book continually updated on the ESC website.

The winner of the ESC AIR CUP is the one who achieves the best overall result in each of the male/female events in four (4) out of five (5) monthly competitions.
