THE FINAL PHASE OF ELECTIONS TO THE ESC ATHLETES’ COMMITTEE IS OPEN

The final phase of elections to the ESC Athletes’ Committee is now open. During the 2015 European Championship 10m in Arnhem, Netherlands, one male representative in Pistol discipline group is to be elected. One female representative of the Shotgun discipline group should be elected by participants of the 2015 European Championship in Gaj/Maribor, Slovenia.

The ESC Member Federations are invited to make nominations. The nominations including a CV of the candidate should be sent to the ESC Secretariat by esc@escsport.eu

In the summer of 2013 the first phase of elections to the ESC Athletes’ Committee took place. Petra Zublasing from Italy in the Rifle group and Jasna Secaric from Serbia in the Pistol group have been elected by participants of the 2013 European Championship in Osijek, Croatia. Two weeks later Vasily Mosin from Russia in the Shotgun group and Josef Sike from Hungary in the Running Target group were elected by participants of the 2013 European Championship in Suhl, Germany.

During the 2014 European Championship 10m Valerian SAUVEPLANE from France completed the list of the ESC Athletes Committee members.

The deadline for nominations of one male representative in the Pistol group who is to be elected by participants of the European Championship 10m in Arnhem is February 13, 2015.

Nominations of one female representative in the Shotgun group who is to be elected by participants of the European Championship in Gaj/Maribor will be accepted till July 3.
