ESC Coaching Program: evidence of success!

The ESC Coaching program proved its efficiency at the 2025 European Championship 10m U-16/U-18 in Tallinn.

Seven coaches who completed the ESC course in November 2024 tutored by Anne Grethe Jeppesen and Jelena Arunovic achieved remarkable results in Tallinn leading their athletes to the podium.

Here are the ESC-trained coaches whose athletes delivered outstanding results in Tallinn: 
• Levan Kadagidze (GEO) – his team delivered an impressive haul of 4 medals, including Gold in Air Pistol Trio U16 Men, Silver in Air Pistol Solo U16 Men, and two Bronze medals —one in Air Pistol Team U16 Men and another in Air Pistol Duet U16.
• Daniluk Piotr (POL) – his 10m AP U18 Duet team won Silver 
• Bartkow-Kwiatkowska Beata (POL) – her 10m AP Duet U16 team secured Silver 
• Vida Zviceviciene (LTU) – her pistol athletes won two Bronze medals in 10m AP Trio Men U18 & 10m AP Trio Men U16
• Mantas Bakas (LTU) – his rifle shooters earned two Bronze medals in 10m AR Team U16 Men & 10m AR Trio U16 Men
• Kristina Kiisk (EST) – coached a team that finished 4th in 10m AR Trio U16 Men
• Andrei Mihhailov (EST) – coached an athlete to 4th place in 10m AR Solo U16 Women
