ESTONIA TO HOST THE 2016 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP FOR JUNIORS
The 2016 European Championship for Juniors, Pistol and Rifle, will take place in Tallinn at the Männiku shooting range. It was decided by the Presidium of the European Shooting Confederation that took place on November 23 in Munich. The Presidium has also nominated Ghislaine Briez, Chair of the ESC Technical Committee, as Technical Delegate for this Championship.
Among other important decisions of the Presidium were appointment of the Juries for 2014 European Championships, approval of the new European Youth League logo and the EYL Regulations for 2014-2016, approval of the format of the mixed team competitions in Trap and Skeet for the 2014 European Championship Shotgun in Hungary.
Due to the change of the schedule in the ISSF World Cups for the next year the dates of the 2014 European Championship Shotgun have been slightly changed. The competitions in Sarlóspuszta will take place from 16 to 27 of June.
