European athletes win 8 Tokyo 2020 quotas in New Delhi

The European athletes have got 8 out of 12 Quota Places for Tokyo 2020 according to the qualification World Ranking being the ISSF World Cup in New Delhi, India, the last ISSF Championship where the ranking points could be obtained.

Aneta Stankiewicz in 10m AR Women and Sandra Bernal in Trap Women, both from Poland, Viktoria Chaika from Belarus in 10m AP Women, Amber Hill from Great Britain in Skeet Women, Živa Dvoršak from Slovenia in 50m 3x40 Rifle Women, Agate Rasmane from Latvia in 25m Pistol Women, Peter Olesk from Estonia in 25m RFP Men, Mauro De Filippis from Italy in Trap Men have guaranteed their nations one Olympic quota each in the respective events.

For Latvia, Estonia and Slovenia those were the first Tokyo 2020 Quotas in the shooting sport. After New Delhi the number of the European countries with Olympic quotas has raised to 33. Congratulations to each of them!

The last 16 Quota Places available for the ESC Member Federations will be allocated at the 2021 European Championship in Osijek, Croatia, that will conclude the ISSF Qualification pathway.
