The number of Members with medals is growing!
After the first two days of competitions, athletes from 20 Member Federations out of 28 taking part in the Championship have already won medals, showcasing high attention that is paid in many countries to the development of the shooting sport among youngsters!
Hungary is leading the medals standing followed by Latvia, AIN from Belarus, Serbia, Ukraine, Poland, and Bulgaria. Altogether 12 Member Federations have European Champions in their rosters.
A historic milestone was achieved by Zakira Pušina from Bosnia and Herzegovina who won the first ever Gold and Silver medals in 10m Air Rifle Solo U16 and in 10m Air Rifle U16 Women events respectively for her country at the European Championships!
With two more days of competition left, the battle for medals continues. More thrilling performances and surprises are expected. And, of course, that the number of nations with medals and champions will grow!
