Duets in the view – Ukraine won the 10m Air Pistol Duet U16
Thursday morning; still two days to go.
Tallinn was covered into the white color. It was snowing slowly outside, when we were arriving to the Kalevi Sport Hall. It was the turn to see the Duet competitions.
After the Qualifications there were now the four best team left in the Semifinals of the 10m Air Pistol Duet U16. In the Semifinal 1 Ukraine 1 (Karina Zaichenko/Viacheslav Klymchuk) won Hungarian 1 (Kata Vincze/Csongor Hajdu) with result 13-7. In the Semifinal 2 Poland (Aleksandra Brzegowa/Aleksander Markiewicz) beat Geogia 1 (Elene Tsiklauri/Sandro Khositashvu) also with result 13-7.
The Gold was solved between the two winners: Ukraine and Poland. The looser team earned Bronze medals.
In the Gold Match Ukraine won Poland with result 12-8.
Later today the competitions will continue with the AP U18 Gold Match also with 10m Air Rifle Trio Competitions, which are also new events.
