ESC Coach Development Course kicks off in Tallinn
The ESC Coaching Course officially began today in Tallinn, Estonia, with 37 participants from 12 European countries.
The in-person sessions combine theoretical lectures and practical exercises, guided by experienced professionals in the field.
In preparation for the course, the expert tutors Anne Grethe Jeppesen from Norway (Rifle) and Jelena Arunović from Serbia (Pistol) developed extensive course materials, assigned homework tasks, and conducted online training sessions to ensure participants arrived well-prepared.
Jelena Arunović shared her enthusiasm:“The participants have come really well-prepared, and the level is very high. With the competitive season now behind us, this is a great opportunity for coaches to focus on their development. Through numerous case studies, participants are gaining valuable insights and skills, making them better prepared for the next level of their coaching careers”.
This initiative highlights the strong partnership between the ESC and the Estonian Shooting Sport Federation, aiming to foster the growth of shooting sports across Europe.
