Gold for Ukraine in the 10m Air Pistol Duel U18 too
Ukraine managed to receive two Teams in the Semifinals of the 10m Air Pistol Duel U18, unfortunately to the same semifinal, which meant that the unlucky one should have the Bronze medal.
In the Semifinal 1 Ukraine Team 2 (Olha Lepska/ Vladyslav Medushevskyi) made superior victory from the Ukraine 1(Yulia Isachenko/Illia Lasch) with result 12-2 and reserved the Gold Medal Match place.
In Semifinal Poland 1 (Gabriela Cienkosz/Wiktor Kopiwoda) was as superior as Ukraine 2 in the first Semifinal. Poland won Hungarian Team 3 (Fanni Kabina/ Zsombor Gelencsér) 12-2.
In the Gold Match Ukrainian Team 2 did not give any possibilities to the Team Poland 1. It looked that it will be a tight match, but all the time Ukrainians ruled the match. Even after the time outs. Ukraine 2 won gold finally with result 12-6.
Later today the competitions will continue with the AP U18 Gold Match also with 10m Air Rifle Trio Competitions, which are also new events.
