Learning journey continues!

The European Shooting Confederation continues its education program with exciting opportunities across all disciplines. This year’s focus is on building a strong foundation with courses open to young and aspiring coaches looking to grow in the sport.

Three Level 1 courses are planned.

The first one is to be held in Tallinn, Estonia, on August 10-15, 2025. This 4-day course will include both theoretical and practical sessions in Shotgun, will be led by Malcolm Allen (ISSF A License) from Great Britain.

The second course will take place in Budapest, Hungary, on August 17-22, 2025. This course will offer a comprehensive overview of coaching fundamentals across Rifle and Pistol disciplines. Sessions will be conducted by Anne Grethe Jeppesen (ISSF Coach Pro), Rifle Tutor from Norway and Jelena Arunović (ISSF Coach Pro), Pistol Tutor from Serbia.

The third course will take place in Mátrafüred, Hungary, on August 24th-29th, 2025. This course will cover Shotgun discipline and will be led by Malcolm Allen (ISSF A license), Shotgun Tutor from Great Britain, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the participants from all across Europe.

The Member Federations are invited to nominate their candidates via the online entry system: https://esc-entry.eu/home.  The Deadline for entries for above-mentioned courses is June 24th, 2025.

Those coaches who would like to continue their professional development within the ESC education structure will be able to do it in 2026 by attending the Level 2 courses.

We warmly invite coaches to take part, sharpen their skills, and contribute to the future of shooting sport across Europe.
