Adjustment to the European Games Qualification System

The European Olympic Committees agreed to adjust part C.3. "Additional European Shooting Confederation criteria" of the Qualification system following requests and comments from the ESC Member Federations.

The adjusted provision is totally in line with the same criteria established for qualification to Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
