Germans ruled the whole match

In the Semifinal 2 Team Germany met Team Serbia, and this battle was full of tension.

In the first Duel Robin Walter beat Damir Mikec with 17-11.

The second Duel was decided just by the last shot: Doreen Vennekamp took over Brankica Zarić with 17-15.

The real show began in the third Duel between Michael Schwald and Dimitrije Grgić. When the score was 10-0 in favor of Schwald, Grgić started winning shot by shot! But anyway the final score was 16-10, and German Air Pistol athletes cleared their way to the Gold Medal Match!

Each Duel lasts pretty quickly, and very often – as we could see – both athletes and spectators has to strengthen their nerves in order to be calm. Well, let’s wait for Air Rifle shooters’ performance.
