ISSF has to evaluate the risks of proposed formats change

On March 13th, 2023, the ISSF informed its Member Federations of intention to change the competition formats.
The ESC President considers it necessary to pay attention to the risks that this initiative may entail. In this regard, he sent a letter to the ISSF President and Secretary General which can be found here.
