Italy and France retain top positions in Skeet
Italy and France were already leading the Skeet Ranking before the Olympic Games, and retained their top positions after the competitions in Châteauroux.
Italy accumulated the total of 17,668 points, while France earned 10,690 points.
A remarkable Olympic Silver medal won by Amber Jo Rutter, who gave birth just three months ago, has helped Great Britain to keep the fourth place with 10,416 points but it was not enough to raise the Team to the third.
It was done by Germany who jumped from the previous fifth position in the European Champions League Ranking to the third thanks to the points won by three athletes who competed in Chateauroux. The total of Team Germany is 10,620 points.
The top three teams have been invited to the European Champions League, scheduled for September 19th-22nd, and have to confirm their participation till August 12th.
