Olena Kostevych from Ukraine is the European Champion in 10m Air Pistol Women!

Olena Kostevych from Ukraine wins the Qualification for Air Pistol Women with 585 points. There was 7 points to Klaudia Bres from Poland, who had the second best score at the Qualification. The Qualification requirement for Final stage was 574 points.

Olena Kostevych (Ukraine), Veronika Major (Hungary), Camille Jedrzejewski (France) and Celine Goberville (France) met in the Final stage, relay 1. Camille Jedrzejewski from France and Olena Kostevych from Ukraine win the first relay and qualify for the Finals.

Klaudia Bres (Poland), Sylvia Steiner (Austria), Zorana Arunovic (Serbia) and Teresa Walther (Germany) met in the Final stage, relay 2. Zorana Arunovic from Serbia and Sylvia Steiner from Austria win the second relay and qualify for the Finals.

Camille Jedrzejewski finish at 4th place with 22 points after 10 shots, just 0,5 shots behind the 3rd place, which Sylvia Steiner had at the moment. After 13 shots, Sylvia Steiner wins the Bronze medal with 30,5 points. 5,5 points up to the 2nd place.

Zorana Arunovic starts great, and after 1-7 points to Zorana, Olena Kostevych takes a time-out. Olena Kostevych shoots great, and takes the next points. Suddenly, the score is 10-10.

The Finals are even! The score is 14-14, when Olena Kostevych shoots 10,2 against Zorana Arunovic 10,0, and Olena wins the Gold medal! This is a hat-trick, when she wins the Gold medal once again. She is two times European Champion as Junior, this is her 3rd Gold medal for Senior.
