Registration of athletes

On May 16th, the European Games Sport Entries System (EGSES) will be opened for the NOCs to register athletes who are going to participate in individual and team events. The established deadline is June 2nd, 2023.

It is expected that registration of mixed teams could also be done through the EGSES. However, to be on the safe side, the ESC has prepared a separate registration form for Mixed Team Events that the Member Federations must fill in and return to the ESC Secretariat also no later than June 2nd, 2023.

The maximum number of mixed teams for each event is 18. After the registration is completed and the EGSES is closed, the mixed teams admitted to participating in the European Games will be determined according to the provisions of the Qualification System.
