Vladimir Lisin meets Thomas Bach

Vladimir Lisin, the ESC President and candidate for the position of the ISSF President, had a meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the IOC President Thomas Bach.

The IOC President demonstrated interest in the ISSF achievements in the development of the shooting sport and thanked for the constructive approach to the realization of the Agenda-2020 program. Vladimir Lisin gave an overview of the efforts to make the shooting sport more attractive for TV, spectator and viewer friendly as well as of the development plans and goals. He also explained the ESC approach to the composition of the shooting program at the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus.

Kit McConnell, the IOC Sports Director, also took part in the meeting.
